- I was 45 at the time of this first intro. (2-7-09) I have a wife, whom I love, and a daughter and son-in-law with baby on the way (born 2/13/09)- love them all too! I started this blog on fatness as I am tired most of the day everyday. I am tired of being fat and being alone with my thoughts on it... Yes I can tell my wife but this blog allows me to see my struggle. See the food I eat, see what exercise I am actually doing, or not doing and maybe, just maybe, build a better, stronger, healthier me....
