I am here. Exhausted. I went to a motivation seminar today. It was OK. Some of it was great, some blah.. I am still not in major weight loss mode... Life goes on.... I am tired.. Just wanted to check in..

Disappointing about the seminar.
ReplyDeleteYou had shared with me that you enjoyed it up until the prayers and religious stuff started. Sad that the term 'Inspirational' seems to be more and more confused with the term 'Religion'. Would have been nice if there had been a warning notice on the tickets. .... stating there will 'organized religion' involved. Can you imagine how peeooooed the crowd would have been if the Tibetan Monks were there and began to chant for world peace or a Rabi quoting from the Torah, and on and on and on because the list of different religions is almost endless. Heck there could have been someone talking about the ‘Alien’s that want to work on this planet – moving here from Mars (remember the radio show this morning). Oh well, it is what it is.
Being a Christian myself, I prefer my fellow Christians show it and stop talking it …. Walk the walk - not just Talk the talk.
